Oh, what a read! Just when I thought I knew what was going on, I was totally wrong. The ending makes me wonder if there will be a sequel in the near future?

So this book was a 2 basically the whole way through until chapter 30 on, then it went to a 3. But that last chapter.... Are you fucking kidding me?!?! 🤯🤯🤯🤯

This book gave me anger issues and more questions than answers. When a married couple has just recently had a baby , the husband gets a letter from his estranged daughter saying she's coming to visit and stay to get to know her new baby sister. But as soon as she arrives it is a game of gaslighting, & am I going insane? Or are you all gang up on me? It gets so bad that the wife herself starts to question. Is she going mad as her mother did before her? Or are there secrets being held from her? And who is holding these secrets? It's her life in danger, and who can she trust?

Well cage me up and fuck me like King Midas's gilded whore. I'm very proud of myself for expanding my reading genres past thrillers. I'm also very surprised how much I enjoyed this book and can not wait to finish the series.

Let me just unfasten my seatbelt from that hell of a ride. John Marrs is now on my list of auto buy authors! A suicide hotline volunteer is helping people, but not in the way she should. Her games catch up to her, and now it's a race to see who wins. But there's more people involved than you think.

Super cute read! If you are a book lover, writer, or aspiring writer, I highly recommend it!

I loved this book. It was just such a comfy little read. There was no real action or twists to it. Just a journey of life with some lessons we all should learn. This book, I think, is perfect for a rainy day read. Or a summer read sitting in the park.

I finished this book in just two days. I couldn't stop listening to it! If you read this book, I would suggest listening to it on audio. The POVs from each woman make the others' voices sound bad. Like if you were talking about someone you hate and to 'your impersonation' of their voice. I enjoyed all the twists this story had to offer.

I knew this was a sick book going in. But people said keep going to see how it ends. I don't think it was worth it.

I mean, where do I begin? I had heard nothing but good things about this book and was so ready to jump in. A podcast about having a birthday twin turned into a true crime podcast from the events that follow. There are so many stories. There are so many lies. Who should you believe?
