informative lighthearted

This was a good read. It gives you the usual advice. Cut screen time and clutter.  Connect with family and friends. Clear your space and mind or unnecessary material objects. What I didn't like about this book was how it talked about your living spaces. Where other hygge/slow living books give ideas to bring in light and color. I feel this one basically told you to do a whole home makeover and replace your whole kitchen to feel at peace. All in all, it was a one day read with good ideas and recipies.
dark mysterious

Lots of secrets. Lots of affiars affairs. I enjoyed this book until the very end. Then I felt it was kind of like who care.

I am happy to say this is my first fantasy book. I am strictly a mystery thriller, kinda girl. However, I kept seeing reviews for this book from booktoks I follow. Even though I'd seen other fantasy books reviewed, too. This one kept catching my attention. I'm so glad I dove in and started reading it. It reads like a fairytale from my childhood, and I loved it. If the Jim Henson company would want to help make a movie out of this, I would fully support it.  The only negative thing I have to say about this book would be the main character. Although she was ok, she was said to be 30, yet continuously acted like an 8 year old. It was slightly annoying. Also, in all the reviews I had read/heard, not one of them mentioned the Teo best things of this book. Bone dog & the demon possessed chicken! I do recommend this book, and now I'm off to quot my job and become a dust wife.

This is my second book by this author. Although I didn't like it as much as Run On Red, I still enjoyed it. It was a quick read with a ending you would expect.
funny inspiring lighthearted medium-paced

I'm not usually a self-help reader or anything like that. But when I saw this title on a tiktok, I was intrigued, and I'm glad I gave it a shot. This book is funny, creative, and has some really good ideas  for just in a way not giving a fuck. Being your true self unapologetically and getting your creativity back to life

It's giving The Bad Seed 1956. It's giving this is why I don't talk to my neighbors. It's giving that little girl needs her ass beat. It's giving... Is he really worth it, girls? Really!? A seemingly safe town is rocked by the disappearance of a little girl. But who took her and why? Through the search and investigation, many secrets about this small community come to light. Instead of helping the police find the child, everyone is just lying.
dark

I haven't read extreme horror for a while. Now I remember why. Short read, full or gore, gross sexual stuff, and well... Babies in blenders.
mysterious

I really liked this book. The constant changing of POVs was kinda annoying even though I've read many books like that before. The final 6 chapters were, really, for me, the best part. The anticipation and relief of the truth.

What can I say? This author never disappoints me? This is a book that I did not see the end in coming. And the ride was indeed a roller coaster.  I enjoyed every twist and return in every loop.
