Enjoyed the ride. But I feel as if it's missing something, but I'm not sure what. It was slow to get into at first. I feel like nothing about this book was fast paced. I think it took me about... 150 pages in to be like "yeah, okay, I'll continue."

Well. That's where I draw the line. "sack" 😭 like pls what. This started off so strong and now I'm like what is happening. I'm glad I borrowed this from the library and didn't actually buy this. I even tried my best to take it for what it is... Nope. I wanted more details about the circus too.
