The Crying of Lot 49 by Thomas Pynchon

Had I been on psychedelic drugs, this book probably would have made more sense. I reread passages thinking I was missing something, then I stop analysing and just read. I think that's when I understood bits and pieces of the story. It had a few funny moments, but I couldn't wait for it to end. Not my kind of book!
