Saying “None of us” when there is only two people through the whole book drove me nuts.

“I’m without my…” through the whole book drove me insane.

These two literally are not compatible at all lmao. Like they don’t know each other. They have been secret penpals but can’t tell??? It’s so obvious like they were literally repeating phrases in the texts/notes that they said to one another THE SAME DAY FACE TO FACE. There are so many grammatical errors too.

Oh then when he finally says “I like you” to her the next day he goes to his exs lunch table to sit and then when he finally comes to her table he says “I can’t tell her no” HA bitch gtfo now.

The girl is a high school student who conveniently NEVER has her phone when something goes wrong?!? At a party, no phone. At a game, no phone. Like? No. That’s not realistic.

I really thought the reviews were just being dramatic but no this book was actually really bad. The girl is actually delusional. They kiss once and she is literally thinking in her head “does he love me” like BITCH WHAT. Then she is with him and the mean girl says something about her not being good enough and boom she’s like omg you’re right and dumps him?? Literally what. The girl has NO backbone. She went from yelling at him and thinking “I will let him come to me” to straight up confessing her feelings and straddling his lap.

This might get a little spoilery…

2.75 ⭐️ Honestly the first 75% was slow and drawn out. They didn’t really interact all that much in the first like 50% then the interactions they did have were sparse. It was weird. I’m sure some people would really enjoy this style book but it’s just not for me. I also don’t get why book 2 is not Thatchers with how much we hinted at him and ole bug roomie. Because that is the book I will be reading, I am skipping all the others honestly. Sorry not sorry but I need the obsessive bullshit fr

Could be considered a spoiler in here…

I wanted to give this 4 starts but just couldn’t. The “unknown” was so obvious it hurt. I wanted it to be some huge reveal but it was truly disappointing. On top of the fact that this author loves to skip over certain things happening and jump to the after… like Lyra killing him. Why didn’t we get to see it happen on paper. We got to see all of Thatchers but when Lyra goes and paints her kitchen with blood we only get that. It’s very annoying. I did love that he finally accepted how he feels. I hate that everyone left the town it was so sad but I get it.

I wish it was dual POV. I also wish more was revealed from her “forgotten” past.

“Shrugs” I’m sorry? What the fuck was up with that word being thrown in randomly?

This book was honestly kinda confusing on knowing who to trust a couple of times. I was getting majority thrown off. I also think the “plot twist” was slightly obvious or at least half of it was.

Def some spoilers in here.

Lots of suicide talk in this book. Like mentioned more than once and the person is even laughed at for it so beware of that if it will be an issue.

Hoping that the revenge is worth it because this bitch is really kinda stupid. How she could just start hanging out with these guys after what they did yet cut Zack off for what he did? Yeah stupid. Also fuck those girls at the end. Fuck Lizzie. Fuck everyone fr.

This actually got spoiled for me on tiktok so it wasn’t a huge secret about what was going to happen in the end. I wish the rest of the books were dual POV though. I’m not sure if they are. It makes sense why this one wasn’t just to keep the secrecy but I NEED inside the heads of these boys.

Spoilers for sure

I would have given this book 5 ⭐️ but I can’t get over the fact that she took down all those people for relatively petty reasons but the bitches have tried to KILL her multiple times and she’s done fuck all to them?!
