I remember reading the synopsis of this story and my first thought was "I need to know more." This book had my attention right from the start and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I was left with this strong feeling of satisfaction and content when I reached the end of this story. I truly felt that I was on a journey with all the characters who resonated with me at different levels. Susan truly has a wonderful writing style.

I got a free copy of this book from Mary via VoraciousReadersOnly and I absolutely loved this book! The storyline is gripping and had me hooked right from the beginning. I really enjoyed the parallel's of each character and they all had my attention. Mary has a wonderful way of layering each character to the main situation that brings all of them together. I really loved the ending as it was on a hopeful note. I am keen to read Mary's other books :)

This book commenced as a slow one but like a web, there were so many layers that had to be discovered and unfolded. Lara’s journey was beautifully written by Rose. It’s really surprising how identical Lara and Rob are in dealing with paternal issues but they still saw the best in each other. A beautiful story with wonderful insights on relationships. It’s left me with a warm bubbly feeling and a smile.
A big shout out to VoraciousReadersOnly for giving me a copy of this book.

A crime thriller indeed! I found it very hard to put Remorseless down and was instantly hooked on to all the key characters. The writing style and the pacing of this book really allowed me to immerse myself into the minds all characters right from Doc to the Leech brothers. A Leech cyclone in the form of extreme violence and graphic content is a part of this book and is something that one should be aware of. It isn’t for the faint hearted. I’m keen to read the other two books of Doc and Jack!
A shoutout to VoraciousReadersOnly for giving me a free copy of this book.

A page turner filled with the right balance of suspense and romance. I was hooked right from the start and couldn’t wait to find out what really happened to Emily Hudson. I really enjoyed the chemistry between Lucas and Blair - both are strong willed in their own right. This is definitely not going to be the last book that I read of Anita’s and I look forward to reading more of her work.
A shoutout to VoraciousReadersOnly who gave me a free copy of this book.
Words for Anna: A second chance at first love by Lara Russell

Hope, resilience and rediscovery is the central theme of Lara Russell’s Words for Anna and it’s a green tick all the way for me! I was engaged with the journey of Anna and Daniel right from the start. Lara has a seamless way of transitioning between the past and present events. The level of uncertainty and doubt that both characters felt resonated with me. The ending was absolutely beautiful.

I have always been a big fan of poetry and Paper Heart doesn’t disappoint! I’m so glad that I requested and received a free copy of this book via VoraciousReadersOnly.
I loved how the the collection of poems started with Paper Heart and ended with Paper Heart II. Jennifer’s writing is very raw and there’s so much of emotion behind every word. There are so many themes in this collection and that’s what makes it so beautiful to read. It really captures the varying experiences one may go through as a human.
