Having not read book 1 and not fully realizing this was a 2nd book I feel I missed out on some character developments in this book.

This thriller is good but, it is rather slow. I’m not really sure why it took so long for me to read but it wasn’t a bad book.

A tale rich with atmospheric plots. Blending past and present with the use of reincarnation.

If I had read book 1 I am certain I would have given this book 4 stars.

Thank you netgalley for this e-arc read

Absolutely stunning fantasy book that left me wanting so much more.

The writing is on point with top fantasy authors like SJM and LB. Favorites of not only mine but many.

Dare I say it may even be better? Yes I do dare. Because the writing itself truly was better in contrast.

The world and storyline are perfect for the genre

An enjoyable story that held my attention.

I would recommend this one to anyone who loves a visual world laid out for you. I truly hope this story continues on beyond this book.

I plan to pass this on to my middle schooler when it is released. I know she will love this story as much as I did

A page turning fantasy that combines an element of ecological awareness and just the right amount of romance. Anyone who loves fantasy that mixes in a little reality will love this book.

The premise of this novel is that being a person with a special talent for finding water in a world where water is scarce can be a dangerous as well as a valuable skill. The heroine finds herself kidnapped and at risk for her water-divining abilities in this well-imagined world in which water is more precious than oil is today. So the book has a geopolitical and ecological subtext but has plenty of narrow escapes, fights and romance between the heroine and captor.

A sweet, cute, and fluffy queer romance novel. Made of everything good about a traditional romance novel but, instead of yet another boy meets girl story, you have the parallel of boy meets boy. But don’t let the fluffy cuteness fool you, there is heavy subject matter covered in this book. Subjects such as discovering yourself and demisexuality in all of its incandescent beauty.

Never Benn Kissed is a story, and thankfully will be a series, that normalizes the spectrum of sexuality and love. Bringing all of it forward as one instead of separated from all others so much that “it must be different”. Because yes it is vastly different but, at its core love is love is love is love. And sexuality is a beautiful prism of rainbow colors waiting to be accepted exactly as they are. This book will prove this and so much more.

Plus this book has Derek! I love him okay and I need that energy in my life.

If you like desperate housewives, real housewives, selling sunset, or Heathers you will enjoy this one. (No longer sharing star reviews on IG but I do recommend this book!)

Blurb: Opulence. Sex. Betrayal … Sometimes friendship can be deadly.

Meet the women of Buckhead—a place of expensive cars, huge houses, and competitive friendships. When one of them is dead the only person who knows all the gossip in town, the elite salon owner who hears and sees everything, is exactly who the detectives take in for questioning.

My 💭: This is a book full of characters you will love to hate. A couple were redeemable but, you still hate them. Most of all Olivia. But no matter how much I hated her I did look forward to her chapters too. Each woman in Buckhead has a reason to kill.

All I want to know is who is making this limited series?! It needs to be on screen and read like a Big Little Lies like program. I can’t wait until it is on screen because I refuse to think they won’t option it in some way.

The full cast of this audiobook made this a beautiful production and only added to my want of it being on screen!

Thank you Netgalley and Blackstone Publishing for this alc in exchange for a review!

Absolutely the perfect way to wrap up this series.

The revelation about Peanut… 😭 how did I not see that coming?

Zayne and Trinity are perfection.

Roth is as perfect as the first series. Layla… better in this series love the character development.

The wardens… love the development and the insights. Also really love that women aren’t just breeders in this series.

The first 2 books were 4⭐️ Each. This one by far is 5⭐️  Overall the series gets  4.75⭐️
