Primal by J.L. Quick

Book three in the “Men of Club Triskelion”, and it's a scorcher. I have been on this ride since book one, and I am not complaining. This book is hawt, the smex is corrupt and tantalizing. I did not skip a single beat. Catlin (the good girl), isn't so good after meeting Finn. He definitely was obsessed with her and was more than happy to show her what her inhibitions can lead her to. This couple is amazing together. I loved all the characters here and past books. I will for sure recommend this to a book bestie and the other books as well. I just can't wait for more. 

Skins by Audrey Rush

I'm always down for an Audrey Rush book, 100% and this did not disappoint. I mean Hello “Morsel” all over again, good to see you. Never have I read one of her books and not questioned my sanity. I will never look at smex dolls the same again, (y’all know you have seen one at some point). You have to tread lightly on this one. Check those triggers, lucky for me, I don't have a single one and I am here all the way. Audrey Rush, thank you again and again and again, this is for sure a 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐, I just wish I could give more than that! 

Devoted to Darkness by Onyx Runa

I loved this book and gave it a 4 ⭐⭐⭐⭐.5 stars. The gothic in this was fantastic. I dont normally say check your triggers, but there is some subject matter you might want to make sure is ok for you. I was shook from the beginning and completely engaged, I would not miss a single word. The things Styx does makes me check my sanity and I love it. Zalea has some Fked up trauma and her way of dealing is by embracing that darkness. She broke me! This storyline was amazing as well as the characters. Ms. Onyx Runa has me hooked and I want more. 

Unwrapping Ember by K.M. Rogness

Oh the taboo, I just love me a good fuked up taboo on this holiday season. KM Rogness did not disappoint and definitely brought her A game for this one. Living up north, I hate the snow, but getting stuck snowed in like this could for sure change my mind. 

Ember here gets stuck in a snowstorm and finds her way to her step-brother's place where he lives with his two friends. Now, we have these three HAWT men who all have this thing for our Ember and things heat up, like really fire heat. This book is a fast read and had me invested from the dedication! In no time, I finished and was left wanting more. The characters are great, the storyline was better and the smex was smexing. I was here for it every step of the way.

 

Wrapped in You by A. Rayne

We lose our jobs and end relationships but we do not get our hands on a hot man in his bar and have a wonderful time with this guy while being snowed in. Oh and he is her dads best friend.. Yeah that was good! The connection is so there between these two and it's a great dynamic to see. These characters are great, the storyline is great. It is not a dark romance, because if you read the dark I do, you just know.. I did wish this was longer but then again it is a novella and it was written very well. 

Christmas Cheer and Their Little Reindeer by H.G. Johnston

This one is a slow burn; however, it's not a long one. I was glad to have a break from the dark side of myself. I'm not a fan of cheating but I moved past that and kept on because I was so invested in the and wanted to know the outcome. The characters were amazing, the dynamic/fire between them was really keeping me so into it. Each one with a different personality. The smexy parts were, well vibing so much (wink). Salem and her boyfriend have a friend and a family member move in and that's when things heat up and take a turn. H.G Johnston knows how to get her readers on the edge, that's for sure. I will be recommending this book for sure. 

Promised in Blood by Sadie Kincaid

After reading the first book “Forged in Blood” I could not wait, yet I did, and I was not disappointed. Alexandros was my focus in this book along with the growth of Ophelia's skills. I loved the story behind Alexandros, it gave me a better understanding of him but his story was heartbreaking. This book has it all; smexy, bonding, heartbreak, paranormal, and it's a little bit dark. Sadie Kincaid has me so invested in this series, I'm not a fan of paranormal reads but this series has me hooked. Now I guess I will wait here on the cliff for book three. I just hope it's sooner than later.

Tangled In Forbidden Desires by Brooklyn Cross. Four band mates and a new drummer, female drummer actually. So what's better than one of the band members already having a thing for this chick? All of them having a thing for this chick. Ryver knows what she wants and she gets it in more ways than one. Plus what better way to pass the time on the road together than being with “each other”, literally. Brooklyn Cross doesn't disappoint yet again, it's not so dark as it is entertaining and smexy. 

Santa's Hit List by Quinn Hawthorne

WOW, WTF? I laughed and questioned my sanity. This, this book/novella right here was breathtaking, literally, I held my breath several times reading this.. That's a good thing! I'm so glad I got to read this. The characters were amazing. Valerie, well she is either lucky or not so lucky, haha, either way she rocked that smart @ss self of hers. This has so much smexy stuff and I will say check on those triggers before you dive in. As for me, I will be here for more Quinn Hawthorne. This twisted writer has me in a chokehold I never want released because this, well these books of hers are right up my alley.

Revenge, smex, horror? Count me in! This novella had me shook, in a good way, you know that kinda way after a good reading. I could not put this down for even a minute. This one has to be my favorite holiday novella of the year. Max, awesome, that's all I can really say about her. But you will see when you read it. Grinch, Yes please, I know I will never be able to read the original to my grandkids that's for sure. All the original grinch in a completely twisted rendition for all the dark ones out there. I love love love this book, A.B. Cynthe just got a new follower and probably more. Novella with “growth”, yep I said it! I will be forever recommending this so many times, I can guarantee it..
