There's just something so hot about two serial killers...who delete filth from the world falling in love that always has me giggling and kicking my feet...especially when their pasts of linked in some way...and OMG if/when they share a kill 🫦🤌🏽

This was a fun read though I do wish the pacing was a bit different. I would have liked more of the book to have been after the foursome met...it felt weird how long it took for her to even know about all three men let alone finally be in the same space as all of them...

This was such a refreshing read. We get a mute leading lady who is forced into an arranged marriage with a creature [once man, then vampire, and now a fiend which is pretty much a more animalistic looking vampire...] she was raised to fear and hate. Luckily she goes into her marriage with empathy, an open mind, and an open heart.
Watching Cirri and Bane take steps to better understand each other, show each other empathy, and start falling in love was so beautiful! Honestly the acts of service in this book were just 🤌🏽
There were some aspects that I feel weren't completely resolved or explained...but maybe I also just wasn't paying close enough attention 😅
Like what was the point of wondering who that ho was with in the library if you aren't going to eventually tell us? Like it felt like it was going to be important...like the fact that the ho was a human loyalist but that also never came back to add anything to the story...
Another thing was I thought if Cirri was to drink Bane's blood she would become immortal...a vampire...and initially he was very against that idea and kept mentioning if she were to turn that it would void the agreement and he'd have to marry another human...and yet then she did drink his blood, as she lay dying, and was told after she was a human thrall...and then when they "recreate" their wedding night she drinks again from him but after he's talking to her about how she's human...and yet they're also making plans for eternity...so what happened? lol I'm honestly very confused. 😅
I'm also a little annoyed that the other fiends already had wives...I think this had potential to be a 4 book series where each book showed one of the fiends finding love.
And also...what was with the idea of warg's being able to shed their more animalistic skin and look human again...meaning the fiends could as well...but when Cirri explains things only Bane says something about never changing back...you'd think the other fiends would want a chance to look as they did before...
idk...maybe the author will change their mind and decide to expand on this world 🤞🏽

As a reader and gamer...I absolutely adored this book!
Such a refreshing romance that gives us that millionaire/ billionaire vibe, masked meeting, an industry [imo] that doesn't get a lot of romance stories, and so much more! I'm so excited to dive into the rest of this trilogy!

Welp this was a spicy lil novella lol
Contains DC, CNC, breathe play, and a lot of other potential triggers...so make sure you're in the right headspace.

Fuck. Not me thinking this was the final book...and it laughing in my face at the end! 😭
Ngl...the first 50-70% felt entirely too long and the last part felt too short. Like the balance wasn't quite right.
Overall though...a lot happened in this book and I'm excited and nervous to see what happens next.

Alright...now things are getting interesting! Haha some of my theories have been confirmed in this book...finally. I saw the breadcrumbs ages ago so it was starting to get a little annoying that they weren't revealed yet 😅
Anywho...overall this book also felt a little long and drawn out...but you know it was still juicy enough to keep me plowing through til the end 😌

This one was cute! Talon gave such golden retriever vibes...I loved it. Overall...I can't really say who my favorite couple was but this was a cute series to go through 🥰
I also loved that the last two books, alongside the main couples, we also got one or two couples out of their stories ^^

Ahh! Okay this one was cute! Also, loved that bane wasn't as anti-mate as some of the other Kings...like sure he says he doesn't want one right now but there's no real heat behind it...where as some of them were strongly opposed to the idea...
Also, I love that when a monster imprints one of their eyes turns the color of the person they imprinted on! So cute!

Ahh! I loved this book so much...especially since there was no 3rd act conflict ripping them apart from each other 🥰
