I'm so bummed to rate this low, but I can't handle weak main characters. Zack is so incredibly craven, especially for a Navy SEAL. It irked me to no end that he cowered and turned into a child at the slightest amount of pressure. I was rooting for Pike to move on to someone who actually cared about him. Fingers crossed the next book is better!
