Yes it's taboo. Yes it's a little f'ed up. The second half of the book will destroy your heart and is mad triggering if you've ever been involuntarily committed. But the love is so palpable and healing. It's worth it in the end.

Iconic. I love this couple. The depth of their relationship, their history, the fact that they enjoy being monsters and anti-heroes... It makes for a really fun read.
