Not what I expected to read. More of another author writing about his conversations with her, but still powerful nonetheless. Jane has been an inspiration since I was a child and continues to be. Her words are moving and thought provoking. We need to do better. We can. We will.

Very slow. I finished it, but honestly not sure how.

I love Tom. I love his stand up, podcasts, I've seen him live and he was an absolute riot. I had such high hopes for this book. I wanted to love it so badly. The style of the retelling felt slower than his normal performance pace. I had heard several of the stories in his stand up already. To be honest, I got a little bored. Still better than some other garbage I entertained this year, but dang I wanted more. I hope he comes through with something stronger down the road. I did love the PDF attached so you could see the photos throughout the printed book. Nice.

Not sure how I didn't recall this one when we read 1984 in high school. But in today's climate this felt really powerful. Enjoyed it. Finished it in one sitting.

I have no idea why I'm still reading the series at this point. I find her writing style so cringe, but I'll see it through. Every eye roll gets harder and harder. I really had high hopes but I find nearly every chapter more annoying than the last.

Whoa. The twist at the end. Awesome. Wonderfully written. Enjoyed every second of it.

Decently written. Audio performance was ok. Overall I just think I was kind of bored by the end. But it was quick. So thank goodness for that.
