Again my issue with the series is the off page things. We skip 2 years and didn’t get to see the “enemies” part of the enemies to lovers. The burn feels FAST burn instead of slow burn because of it.

I do however love Rhys and his backstory. He saved the book and kept me reading just because I genuinely wanted to see him get his HEA

This is a beautifully written queer romance with the perfect amount of spice. The banter and sexual Tension between Margot and Olivia is ✨ chef's kiss✨ This is the first book I've read from this author and will absolutely be reading more.

If you are into women and/or astrology, you will probably enjoy this series.

Margot and Olivia were childhood best friends. Their senior year they spent a sexy week together but soon parted ways for college and now they haven't spoken in 11 years. Olivia ends up being the wedding planner and Margot is the Best Woman to the groom. This second chance romance is full of sweet glances, sexual tension and a beautiful inner circle of friends.

I wish we would have seen the way the wedding went and Olivia potentially getting promoted afterward. There was a huge build up at how much was riding on the wedding and how spectacular it was going to be. It was a little disappointing that we didn't end up getting to see it on page.

Discovery is a lesbian age gap romance with a sweet relationship. Caz is a teacher who is learning how to date after an abusive relationship. Hannah/Eva is a single mom who works as an escort. I initially chose this book for it's plus size main character (Caz) but ended up staying because I loved the single mom (Hannah).

I did feel like Caz was judgemental and found it a bit hard to read her perspective at times. Although she does get somewhat better through the book. The back and forth whiplash, along with just not trusting what each other was saying had me questioning. However I did find the book enjoyable and loved the little family moments.

The daughter read more as a 9 year old than a 14 year old which I found a bit confusing.

This was my first omegaverse and I was not disappointed!

I found it very easy to relate to the characters. I really appreciated how the author described Spencers challenges with mental health and how others in his life coached him through it.

The spice was so spicy

Short, sweet and kept my interest! The plot was intriguing and by the end it made me want to read the whole series to see how it plays out.

The spice is spicy and fast paced. I loved that they discussed safe words and signals before any type of play occurred.

I had no intentions of reading mob/mafia books, not because they aren't good, but because I never felt the urge to read them. I picked up this book not knowing anything about it other than it was a Why Choose and that it had Spicy content
