The number of words in this book outstripped my interest in the topic of this book.

This is based on Dale Bredesen's research but Dr. Sandison has broken his really complicated system into a relatively simple plan people can actually implement.

A very charming book, and interesting insights into both French and Norwegian cultures.

You could give this book to any person in the middle of any bad event and it would be just right.

I thought this was going to be step by step the program to follow from the info in his first book, but it's really just the scientific studies behind the program. Totally unusable for the average person and not even remotely parsable for anyone in the beginning stages of Alzheimer's.

Some of the research is already outdated in this book from 8 years ago but for the most part this is really solid.

What a strange world to come out as a woman into. The obsessive makeup/hair/clothes obsession, all the money and excess, and the internet fame just seems like an uncanny valley. How does she figure out who she is and who she wants to be in the middle of all that artifice? This memoir is written well and I'm cheering for Dylan but somehow I'm left feeling that everything would be easier for her in a setting that was less about visual artifice.

A book about antisemitism from a person who handed the country over to nazis.
