I have long loved the Don Bluth animated movie, but never read the book it was based on.  I thought it was interesting to compare the two.  Read it all in one day in a furious sprint, was a lot of fun!

Nonfiction that does reads more like a thriller, very fun to read.  Feel like I learned a lot more about The Troubles than I did otherwise, and motivated me to gain a deeper, more in depth understanding on it.  Enjoyed interrupting the FX miniseries every few minutes to interject interesting anecdotes from the book.

The first book I read for my LGBTQ lit course.  Resonated with it immensely.  Incredible book.
