I’m in it for the long haul with this one!

First time in a while I’ve felt genuine fear for characters while reading. The atmosphere of this series is so oddly cozy and the writing style is impeccable. I’m literally about to pick up the 3rd book as we speak

Ya gotta love it when your binge in a day on a random Wednesday book you pick up ends up being one of very few 5 star books you’ve given this year

A great book with an even more phenomenal authors note at the end that really brings much of the intention together with the story.

I don’t think I could have put this down even if I wanted to. Engaging and gut wrenching from beginning to end

Fun lesbian fantasy moment that very tastefully handles SA, though still very intense

I don’t understand how it’s possibly to want to be 5 people and also want to be with 5 people simultaneously. Don’t tell my girlfriend I said that.

I heart middle grades that can be mysterious and semi-violent and STILL somehow make it sentimental and sweet

There is a lot to unpack here and respectfully, it’s a lot that I think Meredith needed to unpack with a therapist

I felt like I was reading a Wattpad fanfic mixed with absurdist comedy cliches but I still had the time of my life

I know I said that I’m growing out of YA but I take it back. This was so cute.
Did I take a star off for the infamous “I love you” drop before they’ve even known each other a full 3 weeks? Yes, but, so is life.
This was fun, and heartfelt, and the ending was what my sappy little heart needed today
