I absolutely loved this short story! I really wish it had more detail to make it longer because I didn’t want to stop reading it. Within the 32 pages, (read it on my phone), I felt strong emotions of happiness with some shards of sadness. Max, (Sveern), is such a strong willed character to not give up what he knew to get back home. I love how colorful and peaceful Anturn was described as well.

Oh my goodness the craziness!!! I’m so glad I don’t have a psycho twin. Not to mention all the stunts that were pulled and the twists had me on the edge of my seat for the last 10 chapters.

So much was happening the entire time of reading this book! The twists. The turns. The ghosts. The blood. Holy moly. Towards the middle of the book I had a gut feeling I already knew a big answer and at the end so much happened it was like the answer just simmered away. I absolutely loved reading this book. Some parts I felt were talked about too much but it all weaves a hauntingly beautiful story.

WHHHYYYY?!?! The ending just leaves off on a cliffhanger. Xaden and Violet will get through this right?! I can’t freaking believe the ending but with all the twists and turns I should have seen something like that coming. I’m so upset but so happy with the ending still. Third book released early please?!?
