The Necessity of Wildfire by Caitlin Scarano, Caitlin Scarano

this one reminds me that poems aren't always meant for everyone. these speak to me in a way that isn't meant for most people, the things I share with the author aren't things most people share. the profundity of her words and the way they echo is in a deeply personal way and I it makes me want to reach out and squeeze her hand. I read a lot of poetry and some is great in the way it can speak volumes to the masses and some is great in the way it can whisper directly into the ear of a child who felt something a very specific way. This volume is the latter.
