Trauma healing is core to my life, from a personal journey to academic studies and creative works.

I wish I could have read this book earlier in my own journey of trauma healing. The metaphors & writing are brilliant and it truly feels like the missing trail guide.

Highly recommend to anyone on their own journey, regardless of where they are on the path.
