This romance was so cute! Ezra with his kids is just 🥰 he’s so dreamy. I loved the dynamic between Ezra and Savannah. Though I thought the romance was really sweet and I enjoyed it, I wasn’t a huge fan of the side plot. It felt a bit underdeveloped and almost like an afterthought. I think it might be because midway through the book I felt almost like we forgot about the whole thing for a minute.

Both narrators on the Audio did a fantastic job. You cannot go wrong with Zachary Webber!!

Overall it was really enjoyable and I’m hoping and praying for Cody’s book 🙏🏻

This one was hard to review. I love a good “villain gets a second chance” book and I knew from the last book that Kate had problems and was struggling but I felt like there was definitely room for her to grow on me and I would be cheering her on.

While I loved Beck and I loved the relationship between him and Kate, I did not like Kate. Her character was so hard to love and just never grew on me. On one hand I sympathize so greatly with her; she’s been through so much and I can’t imagine the pain. But on the other hand, she’s just not a good person. She’s self centered and not kind. And while she did grow a lot in this book it almost seemed against her will a lot of the time. She did so much messed up stuff but seemed to only care because she thought Beck would react badly. I just don’t think she’s a girls girl and that’s sad. I kept wanting to root for her and felt so strongly for her situation but I just didn’t vibe with her.

I wish we could’ve had more of Beck. I think he deserved a little more focus. And I loved him.

Overall, it was very well written and I breezed through it. I love this author and will continue to read her work.

This was such a cute Christmas story! I loved Tessa and Trey. Their meet cute was perfect, the tropes were perfect. It was so much fun and totally addicting. I was able to breeze through the whole book. My only complaint is that the end did feel a little rushed. I would’ve loved if the end was given like one more hour so to not feel so compressed into a small timeframe. Other than that, this is an amazing Christmas book!

Unfortunately, this book was a miss for me. I have enjoyed work from this author in the past so I will read her again but I just didn’t love this.

I really did not like Riggs. From the beginning he was just such a jerk and not even in the fun enemies to lovers way. I just never liked him and didn’t really understand why they were together. All be really had going for him was his looks. Also for a while it felt like all he cared about was his job and whenever Cami wasn’t around, he wasn’t even thinking of her and I didn’t like that.

Audiobook Performance: While both narrators did an amazing job, I was a little confused about the female narration choice. The character is described as having an American mother and an Italian father. She was raised between the UK and Italy. So why does she have an American accent? She was never in America. That didn’t make sense to me.

I have really been loving this series.

This book was so sweet and so angsty. I loved seeing Caleb come out of his shell and seeing Lucie learn to love herself. This book was full of charged emotions and really cute moments. Caleb with the twins was so cute. Overall a great experience and I am looking forward to more!

I really loved this! It was even better than the first. After bits of Ryder and Dakota’s story in book one was so excited to see how everything played out! It was so perfect and their relationship was so sweet. My only complaint is that Ryder’s eyes were described as “gun metal” so many times (19 i checked lol) it was starting to get a little annoying lol other than that the book was so good!

I’m really hoping for more from this series! I’d love to see Ezra and Cody find love 🥰

I loved this 🥹 the tropes were perfect and the story was executed so well! Forced proximity, boyfriend’s brother, hate to love, vacation romance, pop star x doctor.

I was hooked from page one. It did feel like it slowed a little toward the end but it ended really well. I love Josh. He’s so protective and grumpy I just wanna squish him. Drew is so broken and seeing her realize she deserves more than she was giving herself was amazing.

I can’t wait for the next book!

This book was SO CUTE. I think the story was super creative and I really enjoyed it! I was trying to come up with how the story was gonna end but once I saw where it was going I was surprised and intrigued which definitely kept me interested.

I absolutely adored Daniel. I had a hard time with Jillian at first cause I thought her character was a little odd. She’s painfully shy to the extent that she can’t even speak to men (think Raj from big bang theory) so I found that a little extra. But I grew to really enjoy her character.

Overall I really enjoyed the story though. It was unique and fun 🥰

I was a little underwhelmed with the ending. Just the very end, it felt a little to convenient and I would have liked a little more from it.

I really wanted to love this book. The tropes sounded like a perfect combo and I was stoked to read it! This was my first read from this author so I was excited to finally read her work. Unfortunately, the book overall just didn’t work for me. I don’t know if it was the writing or the story or a combination of both but I was just not loving it.

The main plot was a marriage of convenience between a rugby player and his best friends little sister. So, I expected some rugby and a tension packed, secret feelings, longing glances, stolen moments fling between the main characters. The rugby was in off season so we didn’t get much if any rugby which was a bummer. And from page one our leads were already very blatantly into each other and everyone knew it. There wasn’t much for pining or secret longing because their banter was immediately sexual, right in front of her brother. The marriage of convenience was an after thought to drunkenly getting married in Vegas. It was all just pretty flat to me and didn’t keep me interested. There were also a LOT of side characters that made me feel like maybe I was missing some backstory. I don’t know if they’re from other books from this author but having not read her work before it just felt a bit overwhelming.

As for the writing style, I don’t know if this is just how the author writes or if it was just this book but she does this thing where she writes mini flashbacks of dialogue that just happened not that long ago. Which would be fine if it was once or twice but it seems to happen every chapter and it got a little annoying. Feels like the author was just trying to meet a word count requirement. I didn’t feel like it added to the story and was just distracting.

Overall, I don’t think this book was a good fit for me. Seems like a lot of people like it though, so if you’re into instalust and have enjoyed this author, I think it would be a good match! I’d be willing to give this author another try but for me, this one is a no.

As with this whole series, make sure you read the trigger warning given by Rina!

There is just something about possessive psychos that I just can’t get enough of lol Was this relationship healthy? Absolutely not. Did I have the time of my life reading about it? Absolutely. Landon is crazy and I love him for it. I loved the character development we got for both him and Mia without sacrificing who they are as flawed people.

I appreciated that in this book, there were less chapters from the parent’s perspective. This book only have one and it felt less like I was missing information than the previous chapters like this in the series. This time it was quick and a fun little side bar.

The names in the series will never fail to bother me just a little 😅 my main issue with this book specifically was Mia, Maya, and Nila. Listening to the audio these names are all so similar I found myself confused who we were talking about at times.

Overall, great read and I am enjoying this series so much! I cannot wait for the next book.
