Definitely helps you look at yourself in a different light. Very uplifting and gives lots of activities to do to follow along. Challenging but totally worth it.

Free book that had me at the first few chapters. I couldn't connect to any characters which is important to me. It was just not as developed as I'd have liked. I couldn't get on board with the ever changing and ever confusing plot twists. It just wasn't all that entertaining for me.

"Rupert Isaacson has conjured a nonfiction journey that reads like an epic novel"

The storytelling was quite marvelous. I can relate to feeling inadequate and having worries of how your autistic son will grow. You have endless worries and fears, amazingly so this story was one of pure strength. I enjoyed the story and commend him for following his heart. I was enthralled by the writing and enjoyed his vivid imagery, i felt as though i was along for the ride.

Maggie is the product of poor decisions among her parents. A loveless marriage left Maggie's heart guarded and determined to expect a life alone. A glass maker with a bright future, she meets Rogan Sweeney, who turns her art into a large success. Rogan challenges Maggie professionally and eventually personally. That tight grip on her heart slowly begins to loosen and her fears fade away.

Nora Roberts shows the story in Ireland, full of vigor and love, she amazes with her ability to lead you on Maggie's journey. The ability to feel the emotions and trail along with wild adventures to Dublin, Paris and Venice, it keeps the reader captivated. Wanting more and to grow with Maggie as she learns to confront her biggest fear. Love, and marriage.

It's amazing how reading a childhood book later in life can show how imagination changes. I realized as a child, I had a completely different vision than I do now. Obviously it's expected. I found the language to show advanced I was at reading I was. happy reading for other children.
