I truly am absolutely loving this series.
I really love how Holly Jackson makes it very clear that something like this can be consuming, once you’ve seen something you’ll never be the same person you were; or when something has been a lie your whole life nothing feels right anymore.
Throughout the whole book you really start to see Pip be taken over by this situation, and it’s a realistic view on what this can do to someone.

I actually loved this book, literally everything about it was perfect to me.
The writing was great, the plot was great, you were kept guessing the whole time up until the very last page. The illustrations within the book really brought the story alive, and i just loved loved loved it.

This book was pretty good, I liked the premise. It reminded me of a 'criminal minds' episode ironically, however it is a little bizarre to read your own name in a book when the person with your name is the victim lmao, i knew the name was common but it was very weird to read.
I do love some Natasha Preston though, this wasn't my favorite of her books but I really appreciated how real it felt, and it wasn't bullshited.

This book was actually so insane I was picking my jaw back up from the floor every five pages.
The plot was gripping and kept me wondering and guessing, trying to figure out what was going to happen next and I never called it. EVER.
Loved how there were literally no plot holes, everything eventually got explained.

Loved this book, however I did enjoy Fourth Wing more.
This one felt a little bit drawn out for what it was, absolutely loved the layout of the first book, this one didn't feel quite the same, still throughly enjoyed the story though. Some plot points did feel a bit recycled, which is understandable considering it's a book series, I was hoping for a little more variation though.
Now, the only thing I did NOT like was that ending, that shit was insane and pissed me off lmao.

This is my first ever fantasy book and holy mother of god did it blow my expectations out of the water.
I love, love, love this book honestly and truthfully, although it did get a little repetitive at times it wasn't at all unreadable. It had me hooked the whole time and the plot moved rather quickly which i enjoyed.
I also admired the fact the smut wasn't shoved down your throat the whole book and there was plot outside of the romance, it kept me engaged and craving the next page. I will be reading the next book and hopefully it is just as good if not better.

This book was decent but certainly not my favorite, although it kept me wanting more which is great for a book especially in this genre, the chapters being as short as they were was slightly annoying and it was extremely predictable.
I know a good amount of people love Lisa Jewell but unfortunately, if every book has the same maybe 4 page chapters I fear she just isn't for me. The story and storyline were good, non of the characters were like-able except maybe Jenna. All of them were low-key weird as hell, Tom most definitely was a weirdo and so was his son.
Anyways, this was a fast and easy read and i'd recommend it for anyone just getting into mystery-thriller.
