I wish this book never ended.

I loved Mel’s personality! She stands up for who she is and learns not to take crap from anyone. I am so happy with everything that happened in this book. When Mel was happy I was happy. When she was low then I was low.

Great writing and a great story!

I really enjoyed this book. It talks about some really deep issues surrounding suicide. So many people are hurting and this book goes to show you never know what someone can be feeling.

It makes me happy that Fitch and Violet had each other, even though it wasn’t for a long as I would have wanted. In many ways they saved each other. I hurt for Violet and her not being able to save Finch, I can’t imagine how she would be feeling.

I think the ending was great, it showed the growth of Violet and how she developed as a character.

I loved the friendship in this book! Emma and Josh are best friends when things become awkward. The writing is a mix of the story being told from Emma and Josh’s point of view. I love that the come together again when Emma realizes she can see their future through Facebook, before it was even invented! Totally check out this book if you love YA, romance, and a bit of teen angst.

My first 5 star book of the year. I really loved this one! I relate with Millie so much, her lack of expressing herself, and wanting to block out the bad things in her life. Falling for your best friend is so hard and confusing. It doesn’t always end like it did in this book, but I loved every page!

I loved this story, Carlos and Nik come together in such a crazy situation. Who honestly proposes to someone at a baseball game after dating casually for 5 months?! I like how strong Nik is, she believes strongly in herself and is always true to herself.

I really loved this story, and the mix of podcast script and Sadies narrative. The story is completely heartbreaking, I so hoped that the ending would be different, but at the same time I knew it would be what it was. I hope that all girls out there know that if they are being sexually abused there is a way out, people to talk to. Maybe it would have helped Sadie and Mattie.
