Who doesn't need an Epic quest and Dragons?!? I found that this book had a bit of a slow start. However, once it got going it was amazing. I loved how you can see the struggle to overcome your thoughts in order to achieve what you thought was impossible. The tension of trying to trust someone you don't fully know the motives of is realistic. I loved how even though this is a fantasy it is still relatable. Definitely worth reading.

This Dark fantasy series has an EPIC quest. A badass Female main character. A ton of political intrigue. And a bit of romance to keep things interesting. This is suck a fun and addictive series. You guys should enjoy it so I can talk to someone about it!!

Discovering what events occurred in Dagr’s life that eventually led to him being Merek is rather sad. This very much seemed like a villains’ origin story. You learn and understand that he started out normal for his timeline, and then from horrors beyond his control he changed. Yet even when going insane he is still trying his hardest to do something good. This short story definitely gives you a range of emotions. It’ll be interesting to see how Merek develops and devolves in the future.

An FMC that is just as if not more badass than the men in her story. I love her sassy, take no shit attitude. This is the role model women want. And the men are fantastic is completely different ways. They are all hilarious and unique. I love how the characters interact and grow throughout the story.

This book is billionaire, reverse harem, with some criminal activity thrown in. It's hilarious and tense. Hillary is such a strong, smart, businesswomen. I love that she is the star and the men simply highlight her character. Don't get me wrong the guys are awesome and have strong, distinct personalities. I love all the different POVs. And hello to all the spice. This is book 2 of a trilogy. But you should definitely read the series!
