I was screaming for like half of this book! I don’t know how Abby Jimenez can write such a sweet and hilarious rom com, while simultaneously making it so sad while the characters confront their own personal issues. This book definitely takes a hard left in the last quarter (which may not be for everyone), but leaves you with such a heartfelt ending that is completely worth it!

This book was heavier than I expected and could use a longer version. There are a lot of issues both main characters needed to work through and I was we got to see and experience more of Thane’s world. However it was still a fun book to read!

It was interesting learn more about the Threshold in the KR universe, but so much is happening it’s almost hard to keep up with, however it is equally just as fun and I’m excited for the rest of the series!

I can’t believe a book had me giggling and kicking my feet over an ex military man who lives in Florida.

The plot was way different than I expected going into a romance novella, but i finished wanting to read more about the other characters involved and the world they live in with shifters and demigods. The romance was definitely a side plot, but not so much so that it didn’t full-fill the light romance need. I’ll definitely be reading more of this series in the future!

This was wild from start to finish. There were some slow parts and some plot points that were a little predictable, but overall this was such a good book! Especially in the last third of the story, everything unravels so quickly and my jaw was on the floor the entire time because of unexpected details, but also as the reader you’re unsure of where Jen will end up and what the consequences people’s actions are.

Not only are Stevie and Iris super cute, but they’re both equally a mess while simultaneously being relatable and complex. They both compliment each other really well and also now have one of my new favorite grand gestures. We also get Claire and Delilah’s wedding in this book and it really wrapped this series up with a perfect bow! And im sad the Bright Falls series comes to an end🙃

This is a great start to getting informed about different issues, as well as learning about how interconnected every movement is. If we want change, we must work together in order to get that change.

If you want to feel second hand embarrassment for dislikable characters, while simultaneously cringing at their actions… this book is for you.
