I enjoyed this one, it's a nice, quick, cosy read. I flew through it, as the writing was easy to read. I enjoyed the characters and how well they worked together, they definitely felt like they had many deep layers, that I would of really loved to have explored. The plot was interesting but it felt very surface level and that the author could of gone a lot deeper and gave it a bit more tension to it. The ending felt rushed but also dragged out at the same time, I don't really know how else to describe it. I will still check out more of this authors work cause I did enjoy it.

I enjoyed this one, it's a nice, short, cute read. The characters are lovable and even though there is some insta love, it was done well that it didn't feel weird. The plot worked out well, even with the couple of time jumps. I think if it was longer and we got to explore between those jumps, it would have given the book an added layer to it, but this is just a personal thing. I still very much enjoyed it and will be checking out more.

I'm so sad, I thought this was gonna be one I loved, but it just didn't hit for me. The characters were likable once we were able to look really deep into them and who they were. The plot was interesting once we got to really explore it and it picked up pace. I don't really have anything to say about the writing style, as I don't think I really took that in. I was still check out the next one to see what happens and how their story concludes, but honestly can't say that I am eager.

I really enjoyed this one and exploring these new characters. Definitely would have made for the perfect novel, as there are so many layers to these characters and I would have loved to have been able to dig a lot deeper. I loved the characters and how well they balanced each other out, but also how supportive Blake was of Cohen, even though he didn’t know him. He acknowledges the changes in himself and is aware of how Cohen affects him and makes him feel, and feels this undeniable need to be there for him and provide him with a safe space to grow and overcome his troubles.

I really enjoyed this one and getting to explore the characters in a lot more detail. Watching the growth and development of these characters from the beginning was really wholesome to watch, especially as they both become aware and acknowledge their feelings for each other. I feel a little like I did with Butcher & Blackbird, within regards to the food element and wasn't taken aback by it. The writing flowed really nicely and you just fly through the book, it also has you immediately hooked in from the get go. Exploring where these characters first met, really gives their story that added layer, as I think if that didn't happen between them and we didn't have that initial connection between them, I don't think their story would have quite been to the same level and it would of made their book as a whole quite lackluster. I was not ready for that ending that leads us into the next book, that was not okay, especially after already having quite a big moment for these characters. I enjoyed how the mystery man was brought together and how it connected all the little elements, but I feel like there may be more to come🤔

I have thoroughly enjoyed this one and getting to explore these characters. Their story is definitely an interesting one, I loved how their 3rd act break up wasn't a massive thing but was done quite quietly. I personally did feel like one little bit towards the end was resolved quickly in the moment, there is still work done after the event but within the exact moment it felt resolved then and there (I realise that probably doesn't make any sense). I do enjoy how Brooke Montgomery throws in these random plot points that you don't normally see within a small town romance, as it gives this added little layer to it and watching it all play out, the characters reactions, is actually really entertaining. I loved the little banter and comical moments, not just between our main characters, but also all the side characters, it had me laughing and smiling to myself so much. I really enjoyed out main characters and how well they worked and balanced each other out. Noah is such a strong woman, who is so determined to prove herself and is confident in her work, but at the same time so selfless when it comes to taking what she wants for her personal life. Fisher is such a protective and supporting man, that shows he is always there for her, even when he is respecting her boundaries and I loved seeing that. I'm so happy for the ending the characters got, as they most definitely deserved it after everything they had been through and we have definitely set up nicely for the next book.

This was the perfect conclusion to their story, it rounded out so nicely. These characters have come so far from when we first met them, their personal growth but also their growth in their relationships, was done all so beautifully. The writing yet again was so smooth and flowed so nicely, I’ve really enjoyed getting to explore this author and their work and will definitely be checking out more. Arlo’s progress in overcoming his demons and his past, was so emotional to watch but so rewarding by the end. Hota is such a strong character but shows his weaknesses at the perfect times, to show just how human he is no matter how much he tries to hide it. Hailey is the glue that holds them altogether and works to ensure that everybody is heard and that communication is a key point to their relationship, but admitting still the mistakes she makes. Highly recommend checking this series out.

I really enjoyed this one, it was such a fast, easy read. I loved all the small town vibes and can't wait to explore it more in the rest of the series. I loved the characters, they were absolutely perfect for each other and balanced each other out nicely. The plot's an interesting one and exploring it was really wholesome, the topics it discusses throughout were done really well. I was a little shocked with how one thing went, as I wasn't expecting it from a small town, cowboy romance, if you've read the book, you'll know what I mean. Serena was a little cutie, although when we got to see a bit of her POV, I was surprised by how mature she was written for a 10 year old, don't get me wrong there's no certain way a kid of any age should talk, but it just took me by surprise a little. Really really enjoyable read that I recommend picking up.

I really enjoyed getting to explore Hota and Arlo in more depth, you could already tell that they had so much rich history in the first book and through their interactions, but getting to really explore it and to dive so deep into their past and what makes their relationship was so interesting. They have a bond like no other and it is strengthened by such triggering events, but the love they have through it all, really shines through even in the smallest of acts. The writing again was so smooth and I flew through this book and was at the end before I knew it. Please check your trigger warnings before picking this book up, as there are some tough topics discussed. I’m so eager to see what happens in the last book and how the author brings the first two together to give us our big conclusion to this story.

I have thoroughly enjoyed this one and really loved the characters, the writing flows so smoothly and you just fly through it. There are so many depths to them and getting to explore them and watching them slowly unravel, was really intense but also so beautiful. Watching Arlo grow throughout this book from where he was when we first met him was so wholesome, the confidence that it brings him, and he was already a confident man, really shows through in the small acts. Hailey is a very empowering woman and watching her open up and come to terms with her past, to a degree, was really beautiful because it felt like she could finally start to take the next steps in life. Watching them both start to expand their boundaries with each other and test new waters, was done so gracefully and by not being rushed, it allowed you to connect with the characters along their journey. We have been set up really nicely for the next book and I can’t wait to explore this next step in all the characters' story and watch all these other levels unlock.
