For the first half if not more of this book I was just waiting for it to get interesting. Chaol never grew on me and I was only really interested in one character for most of the book. It seemed very ableist in the way it talked about disabilities. Honestly I’m glad I pushed through the ending was nice and I’m even more excited to be starting KOA!
