Caitlyn Can't Die by Liz Hambleton

I liked Riley and Caitlyn’s characters. I just felt bored by the plot. I felt like I was pushing through to finish it rather than enjoying it very much
Wanted by the Alien Warden by Ursa Dax

I love this series so much. Every single book I read in this series puts a goofy smile on my face the whole time. I’m so glad we’re going to get more after the next book- I never want this series to end! I can’t wait for Zohro’s book now! The warden was great and Tasha too. It was all a little fast for me, and I wish we had gotten more of them getting to know each other. But The part with the Tuxedos!!!! And I liked that the warden wasn’t as sheltered and naive as his wards when it came to women. Ahhhhh I love these boys so much

This was also very sweet. Again, not a lot of plot. Just very lovable characters.

Adorable adorable. I really liked Gary and magnus’ dynamic. This was short and sweet and just about the two of them and it made me smile
Keep Me by Sara Cate
Did not finish book. Stopped at 0%.

Bored. 2 very unlikeable characters with the only plot being the *big secret* between them. Bleh It was basically 85% inner monologue of characters that I didn’t like. I kept reading because I was hoping with it being Sara Cate, it might get into some interesting kink dynamics, but it’s just putting me in a bad mood to keep reading this.
10 Ways to Accidentally Fall in Love by Emmy Sanders

This felt like a big warm hug. Brad was so over the top, and it toed the line of being too much but never went over, so I enjoyed it. The whole thing was so sweet it gave me cavities. So, if you need a no angst palette cleanser that is just silly and sweet, this is your book
Get a Life, Chloe Brown by Talia Hibbert

I loved this. Red honestly is the best book boyfriend ever. His particular brand of humor, competency, and attentiveness really did it for me. And I love a man who goes to therapy! Chloe was great too. I thought both of their characters were so understandable and they made sense together. So many points made me laugh and even though the third act breakup was a little predictable, the grovel made it worth it. Such a good grovel. The narration was very well done. I don’t think I loved the narrator’s male voice, but I thought the accents were great. Especially GiGi’s!

Let’s see… Imani is the G.O.A.T. Vin was fabulous too - though I could have done for even more of his pathetic for love, “I can’t handle not being in love so I’m self destructive” -ness. I ate that up with him in the other books! Pom Pom is honestly such a great character. She made me smile every time it was her POV. I’m realizing that the reason I’m not able to give this series a 5⭐️is that for some reason, the writing is hard for me to understand at times. And I can’t put my finger on why that is, but sometimes things happen and I have to reread it over and over to understand what is going on. But despite that, I’m obsessed. I’m a little less into the pairing for next book, but I am invested in the story so I’ll be continuing

Bree and Avaar are my favorite characters so far. I love Avaar, what a sweetie pie. I wish we had gotten more with them back and safe. It felt too cut off at the end. I can’t wait for Vin’s book! Pleaseeee let it be good!

Ooooo I’m liking this series more! This was darker and scarier than the first book. I thought Ezra’s character had depth and it was more than just “oh you’re so hot you’re my perfect mate and that’s my whole personality.” Amelia went through so much trauma before - wow. I am shook by that. The overarching plot is getting more twisted and scary and I am looking forward to the next books to see what’s going to happen.
