This book was an unexpected delight! I was hooked right from the first few pages and I dare anyone to start reading it and not pause to go google Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis… a great story about family relationships and how you see your parents differently as you grow up.

I love this book so much! The themes and lessons about inclusion, acceptance and not letting other people’s opinions of you determine who and what you are is delightfully explored in it this charming, funny and heartwarming adventure that should not be missed!

“It's an art, the way women punish themselves. I kept myself from my mother's grave after she died because I feared I was just as much at fault for her death as my father. Ivy had spent years blaming herself for the sins an outsider committed. And my mother never let herself trust her own heart.”
