The Image of You by Adele Parks

I loved how sinister, twisted dark this book was! I must admit that i absolutely love a twin troupe and this book just hit on everything that I love about a not quite right romantic thriller! THE TWISTS ALSO…my jaw dropped a few times! Cant wait to see the movie based on this book!

When We Were Silent by Fiona McPhillips

This audio was on of my faves of the last few weeks! A solid 5⭐️ read and listen! Dark and Surreal Academia with dual timelines decades apart! Also I loved the Irish narrator’s accent and inflections while reading. It really kept me fully in the story at all times and added an extra layer that I couldn’t fully get reading it physically.

Dead Girls Walking by Sami Ellis

This was a fun Black YA horror book that actually scared me and had my heart beating fast the whole time. The audiobook really brought he characters alive and gave atmosphere  to the whole book! Cant wait to read more from this author!!!

This was the cutest little YA book! The fanfic character come real plot a fun and executed so well in the audiobook! The amount of giggling I did while listening to this audio was truly so refreshing and simply put FUNNNNN!!!

A Love Like the Sun by Riss M. Neilson

All I can say about this book; is that I’m glad that I exist at the same time as it and @rissmneilson 💕. 

The characters were so real and relatable. The tension and love between the characters was delectable, AND THE CHRONIC ILLNESS REP IN GENERAL WAS SPOT ON! BUT, THE BEING A BLACK WOMAN WHILE CHRONICALLY WAS ALMOST TOOOOO SPOT ON👏🏾🥹🥹🥹 

This book emotionally broke me in all the best ways and I wouldn’t hesitate recommending this to anyone looking for a solid pull on your heartstrings and give you all the feels kind of romance!

I reallly liked this book! A cute summery city vs. country romance with some light and heavy aspects!!! It also was a super fast read!!! This was my first book by this author but not my last!!

This book was everything I wanted in a Suburban Horror/Thriller! Creepy, spooky, and laughable at parts!!! One of my top favorite books of the year! This was such a wonderful adult debut of this author and I cant wait to see what is to come!
