Interesting little prequel to the Lunar Chronicles. Based on the cover photo though, I expected a graphic novel, which I was pretty excited for. I also wish that there was a deeper background/connection between Garan and Cinder. I thought that Cinder (the book) lead on that they had a better relationship than what Glitches suggested, but it's also been a while since I've read Cinder so perhaps not?

Over all interesting and curious. There was a lot of jumping around that came together cleverly, but there were writing and editing errors and by the time I got towards the end it felt like a chore to pick up the book and finish it. When I did finish there were unanswered questions and anticlimactic.

Although interesting it took me a bit to get into this book. The fact the author has the protagonist get knocked out or pass out to get from place to place gets old after the second time.
