Great audio. I would have rated it 5 stars, except the second half was waayyy too dragged out.
I read this book in one sitting. I don't feel like I can rate a book like this, so I won't. But I can say I couldn't believe what I was reading. There were parts that I had to force myself not to burst into tears, parts that made me feel sick, and parts that made me cover my mouth in both disgust and horror. I hope Michelle and the other two girls experience nothing but pure happiness for the rest of their lives.
Great book! Couldn't put it down. Great characters, story, and writing. Highly recommend.
I may have chuckled twice. And that's an exaggeration. I wanted to quit this book about 10 times. Wouldn't recommend.
This book felt like it was all over the place at times, and not always a cohesive story. It was too dragged out too, and didn't need to be 500 pages. Didn't love this one like some of her others. I'll always be a Linda Fairstein fan though.
Interesting and enlightening read. I wish the author could have included input from the police and investigators to explain their side of the story, instead of talking endlessly about the families and the drama within the families. It was totally irrelevant to the story and got really annoying.
