Stopppp I loved these books!! The emotional storytelling 10/10! I definitely wish we saw more of Elspeth’s actual character and went more into detail on the groups hiding out in the woods. 

But overall, I absolutely loved how compelling the writing was. I never wanted to put the book down because I just wanted to know what else was going to happen.

Definitely will be picking up Gillig’s next book!
