In true Freida McFadden fashion, this is another book you could binge and just completely devour!
I loved the locked house/snowed in type of setting. The premise was very compelling and the therapy session snippets super intriguing! Plus SHORT chapters and multiple POVs!!

I wasn't sure what to expect going into this book as I had already read Riley Sager's Final Girls a few years ago (which I loved). Both seem to have similar synopses, but I'm glad these two were actually distinguishable.
The Final Girl Support Group has one POV and follows Lynette (our MC and Final Girl) trying to save the other five Final Girls as someone plans to hunt them and get rid of them for good.
I must admit, I had high expectations. I thought the snippets at the end of every chapter were a nice touch. But I couldn’t connect with any of the characters and it took some getting used to the MC. While this book is categorized as a horror novel, I wouldn’t agree to that as it didn’t have any horror elements. The twists were good, but I found the execution of this plot to have lacked.

I've seen this book pop up a lot lately and decided to give it a shot since it's also available on KU! Plus, it’s great for spooky season
So, I didn't know erotic thrillers were a thing until I stumbled upon this book. And I didn't realize this wasn't a "regular" thriller until reading the first few pages and being completely thrown off. When I first read the synopsis a couple months ago, I found the shortened version that didn't mention anything about this being as sexual as it was lol.
I initially rated this 3 stars until I reread the last two chapters and honestly, I’m a fool
