One thing I loved about this book was that it was eye opening being able to dive into the life of an American born Muslim teen just trying to survive in America a year after 9/11. I love the way Tahereh Madi writes. It flows as if it were my own thoughts ❤️

Easily adding this to my top books I’ve read in 2023! It was so much fun to dive into this story and see how it’ll play out. I’ve gasped at least 3-4 times and couldn’t wait to see how the story would end!!
