In The Afterlight by Alexandra Bracken

FINALLY finished this! I'm very satisfied with how everything ended up. I'm just sad that one character had to die. But at least the core group of characters got their happy ending and Ruby especially got what she's wanted since the start which was her family back. It was a solid series and I can't wait to see the story play out on the big screen soon!

Had so much fun reading this one! This was my first read of a Leisa Rayven book even though her Starcrossed series has been on my TBR for a while now. I have to say though that with just this one book I have become a fan. I'm looking forward to reading the rest of her work.
All I can say about this story was that it was amazing! The plot was great. The characters were all likable or ended up being likable in the end. It made me laugh and swoon which is the perfect combination for an author to win me over. Max and Eden were simply perfect together. Romance never looked so good! Highly recommend this one to all the romance readers out there!

Great read! I love all the four main characters . Chubs is probably my favorite though because he's so funny. Liam is a sweetheart. Zu is adorable. And Ruby is a badass though it took her a while to realize it. And Liam and Ruby are so cute together!!! But that ending! Oh man Ruby why'd you have to go and do that? Can't wait to see where this story goes!
