I loved being able to hang out with these characters more. I want done being in the world after finishing the first book.
I liked exploring the similarities of platonic and romantic love. I think it was done quite beautifully.
Like the first, this book is tense because you never know when the author is going to kill off a character. And when she does its fricken impactful.
It's ends tied up quite nicely.
I wish we could've spent more time with Jenny in this book too explore her a bit more.
The time jumps felt clunky and awkward to me. So those are really the only things I would change if I could.

I loved the character dynamics so much. The writing felt really intentional and bold with some choice. I love exploring the question of to what extent is someone a human and seeing different perspective of opinions.

I feel like the friend group over reacted and there wasn't really a big conflict for the book. I would've been more content with it just being about her making the decision and then it being over. Loved the scenes with the girls individually. Really didn't like Mathew all that much at all.

Didn't fall in love with the characters and the ending was pretty predictable and anti climactic. I've read books that handle similar topics a lot more interestingly. Kind of feels like a knockoff of Simon Vs the Homosapiens Agenda- aka Love, Simon.
