Thanks to Edelweiss for providing an advanced copy of this novel in exchange for an honest review.
I am starting to get into graphic novels, and making my way into them slowly. Unfortunately, this wasn’t a great one. It wasn’t bad either, but I have definitely read better ones.
This novel tells the story of Majorie Glatt, who is a young fighter, despite all the world being against her. It tells the story of forgiveness, and unlikely friendships happening through a haunted laundry machine.
The storyline wasn’t the strongest, but the illustrations were so beautiful and captivating I couldn’t stop staring. Overall, my rating for this novel is 3 stars.

Pretty sure there are way better reads out there. Not interested in this one, and will not be reading the sequel. Hopefully the movie gets the story through better.

I didn't like the book at all. The characters were really plain, and there was no plot to the story, which I thought was a pretty bad thing. I was just holding the book, just thinking 'okay, when is the climax going to begin?' I just was really disappointed.
The biggest thing that happens is that Ari saves Dante's life (not the ending). But that's it.

I guessed WHO it was like since it practically came out but ohboi I did nOT expect that ending and how everything turned out.
