This was wild. A lot more gruesome than I'd originally thought but still a good read. I definitely would recommend checking on TW/CW's before you read this if you're wanting to because it's very disturbing in some parts.

Really enjoyed reading this. I love how all of the stories are connected in some way and would really like if we could read more in this world, even if some of the short stories had a longform version or a film/television series.

Not even going to get into the grammatical/formatting errors that were throughout. It was gross, I don’t know what I was hoping for but I saw a lot of people talk about it on social media and it was only like .99 cents on Amazon so I figured why not. It was short and he got what deserved, that’s all I’ll say.

4.5 stars, actually. It would've had that extra .5 though if the ending was a bit clearer/explained. It felt like it ended so abruptly, we went from them landing on Europa to the end of the book in only 55 pages. I wanted more of them on Europa, and I think it would've added a lot if we'd've had more of it. Also, I didn't like Beckett any more than anyone else, but did no one care that they lost another teammate? There wasn't even any talking about it, that or the fact that the creatures helped Leo. Another 100 pages or so added to the end I think could've helped a lot.
And another book, because I want to know more about this Deep Space Agency that Takumi is talking to Sam about.

I'm so glad I finally picked this up and read it. It's such a good book and honestly reads a lot faster than I thought it would. Now I'm hoping to be able to watch the movie ASAP because the book was so damn good!
