I wanted to love this so much, but I really, really didn't. The spice was good, but the plot annoyed me.
The FMC was weak and, quite frankly, gullible as fuck. Also, the concept that hockey players would be able to do what the boys did is just so unlikely that I kept getting pulled out of the story to contemplate how ridiculous it was.
Also the villain was just so OTT for a college hockey player, I just couldn't get into it.
