Man that ending did make me tear up, it is getting good thought, so much going on and so intense and such high stakes now.

I just did my annual rewatch of The Legend of Korra and I saw my library has all of the comics so I decided it's the perfect time to read them. Such beautiful art. Not sure how I feel about the triads being the bad guys as it feels like it's not as big of an evil as what Korra has already fought, but with that ending I think the stakes are getting higher. I love how much stuff is going on at the same time and it isn't only one plot line.

I went into the book with high expectation because I had hyped the book for myself and while it doesn't happen always, Boyfriend Material definitely met my expectations. Such a good book, can't wait to pick up the sequel.

This book was just so fun. It grabbed me from the beginning and I couldn't put it down. I loved the romance and the family problems that Nora has to navigate. I thought I won't cry by the end of it, as a few times I got teary, but didn't cry, but when the culmination came I couldn't help myself, in the end it did make me cry and I love the book. Just such a fun read.

I loved this. Robbie Couch knows how to write lovely and relatable characters. As an artist I felt the impact of Blane being called unserious and it made me tear up, not the last time it happened because of this book.
I absolutely loved his relationship with his aunt, one of my favorite parts of the book.

As I have already read Thy Sky Blues I wasn't expecting or hoping at first for the book to have much romance, but now, while I feel the chemistry between Blaine and Danny is great, I wish it was more present as the topic of school elections was not as interesting to me. Maybe because elections like these aren't a thing where I come from, but I  still think Couch did a great job with them, keeping me entertained the whole time. To be honest the results and drama around the election were predictable, but it didn't take away from the great experience I had with the book. I still absolutely enjoyed it.

Either way, I loved the comedic timing of the janitor lady at the end when Blaine was talking with his ex. Just brilliant. It made me laugh out loud and I still chuckle about it. Just great.

Can't wait for his next book to come out, Robbie Couch is definitely becoming one of my favorite writers.

Nothing spectacular. Damon wasn't my favorite love interest especially in the first chapter kind of objectifying Aria, and towards the end he had some clingy monologue, but the book was nice and it definitely has some pretty funny moments with the protective brothers.

Just a cute love story with smut. It didn't have much of a conflict, but it was still good.
