I'm honestly more excited about the platonic life partner than her mates cause I love me some good friendship. I also love how OP Ryls has gotten, sometimes I roll my eyes when the FMC is just so unique and rare but I'm really vibing with her character so I love that she's hella powerful. I'm firmly in the camp that those stupid cats need to grovel more.

The end was a very interesting twist, idk how I'd feel about living in that kind of town. 

Andorra Sector by Lexi C. Foss
Did not finish book.

I started this book cause I wanted some angst with a rejected mate type situation but this is a little too "women are objects" for me. I skipped around to get to the angsty bit then continued to skip. I liked Riley though.

Single Dads Club by Rebel Bloom

The fact that Winnie got their asses with the point in a direction and gasp fake out really tickled me. I also loved Birdie and how sassy she was.

Winnie not seeing a doctor during her pregnancy was pretty fucked up, she could have really caused a lot of damage to the baby in the first trimester when it's still developing.

Toward the end this book really started to drag with Winnie's repetitive feelings of inadequacy. I would like to have seen an epilogue with their circus of kids at their wedding or something, I think that would have been quite cute.

I prefer "sugar" over "baby girl" so I'm glad Bane made that switch over. I think Eve forgave Silas a little too easily tbh, but also she went through a traumatic event and that can really get you to prioritize your life.

The Nova double half-brother thing was interesting, it was like Silas and Bane are brothers-in-law now.

That whole conflict ended pretty quickly tbh, but

the new sheriff being Eve's wacko stalker

was interesting and I think could have been explored way more.

Ew wait is Nova only 22????? That explains why he said shit like "we're fated" and "we're end-game" out loud to other folks.

Usually I don't love when the FMC or MMC abbreviates their partner's name out of no where but Silas having Eve as "Evie" in his phone before even calling her that was very cute.

Also I'm gonna take Nova's attitude toward Eve that they're not actually related??? Or possibly Eve isn't actually a Carter by blood idk.

The idea of bikers and MC is always fun in a book but god there is something about a man in a vest that does not do it for me. Why do they say "aye" so often and why does no one comment on it or am I wrong in assuming that this takes place in the states?
