this book was so good it had me on the edge of my seat and i carried it around all day to read whenever i got a second. the narrative structure was so good the characters were well developed. i will say sometimes it delved more formal vocab wise but i guess it makes sense for a shakespearean to talk like this. also i feel like if i knew the plays discussed better i would like this book even more.

this book truly depicts what it’s like to be a woman in this world, done in a korean context. i seriously don’t understand why men freak out about this book nearly all women have to go through similar things that jiyoung does.
