I had to read this book for school, but let me just say that I HATE Ray Bradbury. His writing style is so strange and hard to follow, and any criticism he has ever received he says is some form of “censorship”, as he so generously explains in his Coda. I loved the idea of the book, hate how it was written.

Great book. I was so scared that this prequel was just a money grab trying to piggyback off of the success of the 1st book, but this book actually adds to the universe and expands it. A great read for anyone who needs a good cry or a restoration in their belief in true love.

Love this book! A must read for anyone who enjoys manga. The movie is also a masterpiece, which I encourage everyone to watch. The romance was so realistic and both characters were so loveable.

I LOVE everything by Shaun David Hutchinson, and this is no exception.
The story follows someone who has the chance to save the world. Not by going on some super dangerous quest, or facing some mythic beast, but by the simple press of a button. For many, this would be a simple task that would be done without a second thought. But Henry does hesitate. Henry’s life is horrible. He is bullied and harassed daily and his home life is no better. If the world is so horrible, is it even worth saving.
I really love how profound it is while not forgetting to have some humor. It asks serious questions while still remembering that Henry is in high school and is still going to laugh at stupid stuff and isn’t going to take his section as serious as an adult.
