Did not finish book. Stopped at 10%.
The audiobook just isn’t for me, I’m going to move to the physical. Want to see if I like that one better.

It took me 17 days to finish this book and wow. It was amazing. It was definitely hitting too close to home so it took me a bite to brave but once I did. I couldn’t put it down from the trans and autistic representation. It was Gordy dark and twisted mess that I loved. I definitely don’t regret reading this. From beginning to end. Was some parts really hard to go through because it felt too real but that an even better reason to love it.

This book hooked me from the first page, from beginning to end. Everything just went by and I wanted to know more. I loved the combination of folklore and the real world makes me think of ‘Little Darlings.’ I really loved the back and forth between future and past. As well as the eyes of the younger main character. It wrapped up in an interesting way. Definitely breezed through it much like‘Confessions.’ But it’s also fun when the main character loves to read as well and quotes text from it as well. That’s it for this book that I couldn’t put down and I’m glad that I tried t. Mostly StoryGraph recommended it to me.
