Amazing to read a sci-fi apocalypse story with an explicitly autistic main character. I've not read much fiction with autistic characters but this was so well done. It felt authentic and captured so many of the little things about being autistic. I'm autistic myself and it gave me some great insights into some of my preferences and behaviours as well.

Definitely not as good or engaging as the other books. Very different in style and I didn't find the characters as developed or interesting.
