Not gonna lie I was not here for the first 30% of this book. But after that it really did pick up and I couldn't put it down.

I did like it, I just wished there wasn't so much "going back in time". Since a lot of the backstory was already in Making the Cut, for me it would have been enough to just go to some of the more importanted "discusions" between Brock and Amy.

Can't wait for Bull's story. I have a feeling he's going to be my favourite.

Amy and Brock wow!

That was rollercoaster of turbulence and chaos!! Wow! I absolutely loved it! The page Amy finally admits Brock has always been the one just made my heart clench...it was beautiful! There was so much of back and forth but I love how Brock would t let her run any more...I am so eager for more from this series!

Wow wow wow, Amy and Brock in book 1 pulled my focus from gwen and cade so much. I knew woth hate there was a huge fire and dang this book was so so good. Amy is one hell of a spitfire, and Brock is the only man who can hold her without burning up. This is past and present, so you can really see what their interaction were when you were in small moments in the first book. This is, in a sense, a love triangle as well. I won't go further than that because that ruins a lot of book 1 if you haven't read it. But her dad business gets her kidnapped without anyone knowing . Even kidnapped, this woman stayed strong. Her uncle asked for the sons help, and they all realized it was Amy who was gone and it was on. Brock doesn't say much hut Jesus when it does it lands. I will say I saw this in book 1 and book 2 really brought it home both her and gwen really talk aboit staying skinny, calorie counting and fitting into.their clothes. Brock calls her out on that, and the first book rubbed me a wrong way, but now I'm seeing it was diet culture and her family wanting her to be perfect, so it helped that for me . I loved loved this couple.

I am loving the sons of templar series and while I enjoyed this read, it was not my favorite of the series. I struggled to connect with amy. but, I loved brock! he was such a great example of an a+ total simp biker.
"we're going to piss each other off, fight like cats and dogs, and you're going to act like a bitch. I'm also going to love you more than I have anyone on this fuckin' planet, babe. I'd do anything for you, die for you in a heartbeat. I can't predict the future, but I'm going to do everything in my power to make sure my future includes you."
