I´m not sure what to rate this, but I suppose I´ll go with 3,5. The immaturity of some of the characters was driving me crazy. Halley and Reed´s love story was honestly mediocre, and I also don´t understand how Reed went from "I can´t marry you. I´m not having any more babies" to proposing a year into the relationship, getting married, and adopting two kids.

3.75 stars… I liked this book but not as much as I thought I would based on the hype. First, Tara was annoying and extremely immature but also completely justified in her anger about Reid and Tara. The full reasoning behind her anger was strange to me though because even after years of the situation being explained to her, she still felt that way until she finally looked at the scrapbook and then all of a sudden she understands? I feel like the better way for her to have come around would have been for her to fall for a much older man that was her dad’s age. Secondly, I find it really hard to believe that Reid’s ex, Whitney, would be so understanding of his and Haley’s “relationship” to the point that she showed zero anger towards Hailey and pushed Tara to forgive him. And finally, Scottie just hung around for months in hopes things would change, moved with her even? Not likely.
