left with an indescribable empty feeling; saddened but less of a "moved-to-tears" sad & more of a "inevitability of the end" melancholia. first to leave, last to complete — bearing the weight of one who remembers all.

Got that feeling of 'I don't know what to do with my life anymore' after reading. It was difficult to get into the book in the beginning. Sometimes, the plot got confusing because of the mixing up of events without a steady timeline. BUT! BUT! As the pages got turned, I was dying to know what would happen next (especially the last 100 pages). I felt all kinds of emotions reading it - grief, anger, hope. It's difficult to explain, but I felt as if I had touched my emotions physically. I felt whatever I felt in severity and with my whole heart. It would be best if you just get into the book without any background information or knowing what the book is about. JUST GET INTO THE BOOK BLINDLY. For me, the book was slow-paced, and that's what made the 'Never Let Me Go' special.

Story was great, storytelling less so. Felt very disjointed and didn't flow well at all. Didn't feel anything towards any of the characters. I loved the general idea of the story but it was a burden to get through

Thought it was really cool how the author unfolded everything but I can see how people quit half way thru the book.
