This book had me hooked. Bravo TL Swan. To start, it's way different than what I've previously read by this author and I was impressed! I love a bad boy and morally grey beginnings lol kidnap me? Yes please. Keep me locked in your room? Mhmm. Claim me in front of the other crewmates so they keep their hands off me? Oh yes. This book was hot, suspenseful, and kept me reading. I finished it in a day and a half. I'll be honest that I was shocked to learn Roshina had a hidden past and when she beat the shit out of a skeevy crewmate who has it out for Stace I was like "holy hell yes!" I LOVE a strong woman and I really didn't expect that from her. She also pulled off stealing diamonds from a drug shit. Like who does that? Lol. Loved it and will be buying it to own

The heroine can be so stubborn and irrational at times but it's still a pretty good read if you're looking for a mature action captive romance

I'm not sure T.L. Swan even wrote this book.
This is not her typical writing. If this book happens to be the first from her that you read then I beg you to try again with another book. She typically has amazing characters, plots that are hard to put down, and she usually makes me laugh with her books, evoking strong feelings from me with her writing. This was a complete shit show.
The editing was terrible. It was hard to keep up with who was talking. The scene would change in the middle of a paragraph and you would have to reread to try to figure out what was going on. There were page breaks in the wrong spots. It was honestly hard to finish on the formatting alone.
The story was okay, but not great. The h changed personalities like crazy, and not in a "growth of character" type of way, but more like a different person would pick up and start writing. One minute she was a crying damsel in distress, the next she was kicking the ass of a man she couldn't get away from a week previously, then she was a crying mess again, then she was strong and carefree, etc. It gave me whiplash trying to keep up with her. The H had nice character growth. It was organic and nice.
I wouldn't recommend this book to anyone. It was terrible. A book has to be unbearable for me not to be able to finish so I powered through, but again, I am wondering if T.L. Swan even wrote it.

I loved Play Along!
I was hooked from the very first sentence.
I fell in love with Mac and Rosh from the very start!
Mac is mysterious and different than the rest of his crew.
He's a sexy badass that I was supposed to not like because of
how I met him but I just couldn't!
Rosh is a sassy feisty young lady that I admired and fell in love with!
The characters are awesome! They are well developed and intriguing.
The plot is outstanding!
I thought I had things figured out only to find I was wrong. Then again
I think yep I'm right now and know exactly how things are, wrong again!
Didn't know who was what or how the story would go and that was great!
Because there's no way to guess or predict about the story or the characters!
Play Along had everything I love in a book.
Pain, loss, anger, anguish, suspense, happiness, love, laughter (there were some scenes that
truly had me lol) and is sexy as sin!
Omg the sexual tension between Mac and Rosh was incredible and had me at the edge of
my seat!
This book also is steamy and passionate! Mac and Rosh's sexy love life was incredible!
Everything they did together was steamy and sensual. Their passion for one another was beautiful!
This book is pure perfection!
From the characters, the plot the writing everything was just brilliant!
